This privacy notice for using and accessing the EvoluteMessage - Alerts - Popups - Inline(“The App”, “App”) Messages provided by EVOLUTEMESSAGE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your("Customer") information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

Use our app after the installation in your salesforce org.
This privacy does not include the EvoluteMessage website, which has its own privacy and you can check this by accessing https://www.evolutemessage.com/privacy-policy-site.

The Salesforce AppExchange does provide Personal Information to us when you install The App in your salesforce org. That is the only moment that we collect information from a Third-Party and that is the only user of which we get Personal Information. We do not sell, process or transfer that information. That information is located in a US Server and we use that information only for the purpose of providing Support and Email Marketing. This is described by Salesforce Program Agreement.

Our App does not collect any personal information when you use it. You can set the app to show Personal Information but that will not be collected in any way. All that information never leaves the Customer Salesforce Org that the app is installed in.

Payment Data:
The App does not process any payment data. We do that by the EvoluteMessage Site, which is described by the EvoluteMessage Site Policy and Privacy Policy.

No, The App doesn’t get any information from any Third-Party.

In short: The App does not collect any information automatically.
The App does not collect any information automatically. The App does provide a feature where it collects the IP Address, but that needs to be enabled by the Customer, and that is used only to identify if an IP has seen a message already. This information does not reveal your specific identity, (like name or contact information).
All the information that is made available in the message is your responsibility to ensure that personal information or any information can be used. We are not responsible for the information you are displaying.

If the Customer decides to display any personal information using the App, the data still does not transfer because we are inside of the Customer Salesforce Org, so your data never leaves the Customer Salesforce Org.

8. Do we collect Personal Information from Minors?
In short: No, The App does not keep any personal information, because it does not collect any personal information and we do not market to children under 18 years of age.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, Asking Support to cancel the Subscription, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

10. Controls for DO-NO-TRACK feature
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
11. CCPA Privacy Notice
In short: The App do not collect any personal data.
We do not collect any personal data. In additional we do not subject to California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The CCPA applies to any for-profit legal entity doing business in California that collects and controls personal information regarding California residents. Additionally, it must meet any of the following thresholds:

Have $25 million or more in annual gross revenue; or

Derive more than 50% of its annual income from the sale of consumer personal information; or

Buy, sell, or share the personal information of more than 50,000 consumers annually.
None of the threshold above meets our current status.
12. Do we make updates to this Notice?

We may update and review this privacy from time to time. The review should happen every January of each year. The updated version will be shared by an app notification or an email. We encourage you to always review this policy.
