1. Do I have to pay for Production Org?

It depends, by default Production uses the Freemium Plan. If that is enough for your scenarios, then you don't need to pay, but if you want to have more messages then you need to buy the plan that fits your requirements.

2. How does Freemium Plan works?

By default when you install the App in Production, you are using the Freemium Plan, all the features listed above will be available for you. 

For Sandboxes, you don't have Freemium Plan, by default Sandboxes uses the Advanced Plan.

3. Is this price per user?

No, this price is per Production Org. We don't charge per user view or per user building the app, although we do have a limitation on how many users can build the app. We do not have any limitations on how many views you can have per message, which means if you have many users that will see the message, we will have no limit to that.

4. What does User Builder mean?

User builder is the user who will build the message(s) in the EvoluteMessage Dashboard.

5. Do I have to pay for Sandbox Org?

No!! Sandbox by default uses the Advanced Plan for free, you can build as many messages you want and Data Sources.

6. How does the payment process works?

It is very easy! It is all done by you, you click on the plan that you want to pay, you will be redirect to Stripe Page, there you will check if the Plan is the one that you want, then you will add your credit card information and click on Subscribe Button. All the payment process is done through Stripe, we don't hold any cardholder information like credit card number, cvc, etc...

 

Once the payment has confirmed by Stripe, you will receive an email with the Receipt and also another email with instructions, which will tell you to go to your Production org with the EvoluteMessage installed, and inside of the app there is a Upgrade button which you will need to add the Receipt Number and we will analyze and upgrade your plan automatically. That's it.

No waiting for anyone to answer, you can do the whole process and you can use the desire plan as soon as your payment is confirmed by Stripe, which is pretty quickly.
